Souper Bowl Sausalito

Sausalito Souper Bowl 2022

Saturday, February 5 — 1:00–5:00pm

Soup lovers, rejoice! Sausalito’s Souper Bowl returns on Saturday, February 5 after a one-year hiatus. As in past years, the 2022 event will take ticket holders on a tour of downtown and Caledonia Street restaurants to find out who has the best soup in Sausalito. Seafood Peddler is the defending champion.

Tasting will get underway at 1:00 p.m. and continue until 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased in advance via the Sausalito Parks and Recreation registration portal. Same-day tickets will be available from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the ferry landing.

Each ticket enables the ticket holder to visit all participating restaurants, taste soup, and vote for a winner. Restaurants scheduled to participate as of January 7 include:

Sausalito Yacht Club | Seafood Peddler | The Spinnaker

Non-soup participants offering discounts, specials, and/or freebies on February 5 include: Bacchus and Venus, the Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center, Firehouse Coffee, Katya Fused Glass, Lappert’s Ice Cream, Real Napa Tasting Room, and Salty.

All draft beer will be $5 for the afterparty at Smitty’s from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Sausalito Herring Festival Celebration and Fundraiser

Thursday, February 24 — 6:00–8:00pmThis year we will be hosting a hybrid live AND virtual event for the Sausalito Community Boating Center at Cass Gidley Marina. We are elated to announce that we have secured the Spinnaker Banquet room to host the 9th annual SCBC Herring Festival.

Brad Barton, Reality Thief will be sharing his magic and mentalism while hosting our evening focused on sustainable fish delights from local restaurants, cooking demonstrations, exciting project updates, our popular fundraising offerings and more.
